Some of us struggle doing overtime with current job,
or Some of us struggle with part time job.
we all know what is hapenning to our ringgit at the moment.
At certain moment we can't ignore the flooding of foreign workers.
Not to mention of we have to work harder to improve our career standing.
During this tough hours, please do not lose hope.
Please take a chance to improve and grow and building your future.
What should I do?
Work overtime?
Yeah, stand still with your employer and show them what you do capable of. Let them see what you really capable of. Make them depend on you or they might be suffocate. Obviosly it doesn't so difficult for them to hire new staff but dificult part to get the one they could depend and trust.
Good employee always have huge impact to their organization. BE the one that desirable, people depend on you and influencer!
Should i do double triple job for extra money?
Yes, if you do know how to balance and prioritize your fulltime job and part time.
No, if you do not have the courage yourself to manage your stress or overload task.
There are bunches of options for you to increase income part time. Only if you know what you could do, how could you handle and maintance work life along with basic remedy of normal life.
Extra hard for extra income. Are you ready?
Nowadys, most of us involves in online selling. With too many platforms like fb, instagram, shopee, carousell, imsold and etc., we could see there are many things that we could just buy thru online.
UNTIL too many seller than the buyer.
I'm not saying that being online seller is a bad thing.It could be challenging to do marketing with delicate competence. But who knows what tomorow comes unless you put your effort and working on it!
Okay, stop talking about online selling.
We shall move on to next topic,
Freelance work. Most of powerfull skill set, tallent and gifted personality could do this kind of freelance work. Neither during weekend or makes the freelance work as full time income without being force to stay in the office work under pressure with the bossy boots or hired in corporate sector.
I do makes friends with my boss ex staff at his previous office. He's doing freelance work as design maker, editing photoshops and any kind of presentation pictures or banners for any events or company profile.
Such great work I meet him twice per week when he needed to finish his work for a company that run groceries market. I could saw, how does the skill set with determination will lead to success. He manage to earns more than RM 300 per design or per copy of his work.
I thinks its a great achievement. It maybe depend on the project or design requested by buyer but when you do great your effort will be rewarded. And most important is, no office no crisis or politics issues.It sound skeptical? Ya, the one that knows how insides are only the insiders. Whatsoever issues related to inside ones department, the one inside knows what happen when someone being credited based on tallent or not.
So, working solo better than work in the office, sometimes! Not always, it just how you take it and ignore the beast.
Others freelance work such writing, editing, proofread, photography, or any other artwork cpuld be interest you or you interested to do.
Start Learn to be practical and assimilate ourself within the tough time. No one could help us unless we do something to ourself by avoiding any issues or difficulties in future.
Lastly, part time job.
Do part time as additional backup , but not as last resort.
My own experience is by work 9 to 6 pm for a company and then after 6.30 I do work for another company with differ work, differ environment and differ place of cause! I could say that we cant just rely on one aspect and lock our mind with the results.
But we have to experience the environment and adapt to it. I could be fresh at night by listn to music while typing and clicking. The jobs is simple, sitting, reading, clicking, typing and talking. The remedy same as fulltime job, however system and flow of process requires different perspective. Not only need to read without digest, not only type without confirmation, not only talking without explainning the right input. It does challenging.
